Despite their diminutive size, cats easily do as much damage (to property, person and lifestyle) as dogs. But at least dogs feel bad about it after the fact.
Listen, when you've got as many cats as we do, you pretty much need a full-time committee to police those troublemakers and administer the proper justice.
Because they will constantly scratch, fight, puke, poop, pee, shed, bite, chew through expensive wires, break up romantic moments and even smash iPads like nobody's business. Trust me on this one, I'm a pro.

Thanks!
Thanks to everyone who shared with me their thoughts on the future of the Super Awesome Art Challenge. The good news is it will definitely be sticking around. The gooder news is that I will be making some much needed additions and improvements including...and I hope it's not empty promises...me actually posting work on time!! Updates should be up and running by the end of the month and I hope to see all of you back here to post some amazing work soon.
Thanks always for your support.

S.A.A.C...?
Hello contributors and follows/viewers. The S.A.A.C. is on a hiatus right now. I am currently trying to decide if I am going to keep the site active or not. Participation has been way down this year and although the site is completely voluntary I want to make sure my time monitoring and creating new challenges is being well spent. I would love to hear from the contributors as well as the followers/viewers if they are interested in keeping the site active. Thank you for all your participation and support.

Man, it's late. I'm super sore/stiff from the gym. Played too much Trenched (well, not really. It's pretty fun.)But I wanted to get this posted now that I'm back from a little vacay. Anyway hopefully somebody will post again someday cuz' I'm going to keep adding topics.
Oh! Congrats to Chris Schons and his new baby girl!!! I'm sure he'll have all the free time to post to the SAAC now!

Goo...Fail...
So they can't all be good. This was a piece I was working on for the challenge of Goo. I had a lot of ideas for this. It was a fan art piece focused around the "gel" that was introduced in Portal 2. Well...my original thoughts became completely lost along the way and it started turning into something that I just didn't feel like ever finishing. I have another idea for Goo instead but I'm working on finishing up Trucker Mouth first.
Here is a shot of the work in progress.
Here is a close up shot. I really liked my drawings of Glados and Weebly. Also I was getting all into hiding little elements of the game in there like the companion cubes in the tunnel in the lower right frame.

June's Super Awesome Art Challenge is...
So whoops...May totally slipped by and I failed to uploade the challenge. No biggie I guess. A lot of pretty crazy stuff has been going on. Lindsay's company Paper Bicycle has been doing their Daily Pattern challenges. Pretty cool stuff, check it out. Also, Mista D., aka Mud!, aka Luis Diaz just finished his first book! Jump on over to Project: Blue to check out the sweet details and pick up a copy. Me...well, I've mainly been doing a ton of junk for work that's secret and I can't tell anybody about...also drawing on post-it notes.
Enough of that. Throw on your sleeveless t-shirts and greasy ball caps and crank out some smooth talkin' trucker magic. Gid-er-done!! (Couldn't resist)

Goo-d Father Loogie
Ha! I'm back, suckas! Despite taking on a second, gargantuan challenge of making a pattern everyday, I haven't forgot about the good ol' SAAC...
I still plan on catching up to speed, starting with Goo! So I present Father Loogie...
Father Loogie visits you in the night and fills your nose full of juicy viscous snot, just so you can spend your days hocking bright green/yellow/brown/redish loogies like a champ.
Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to barf a lot.

Sad SAAC Jesse: Hairy Situation
Here is my continuing series of finishing old challenges in reverse alphabetical order.
Whoa, this one is sort of current-ish I guess. It is covered with hair.
More painter.

Sad SAAC Jesse: Houla Ghoula? What?
Here is my continuing series of finishing old challenges in reverse alphabetical order.
And this is a wikkid old one. So old. So very old. Which means it being a dead guy makes sense. He would have been full of life if this had been done on time, and then it also would not have been topical, which is better, because topical is for creams, not art.
More painter'ing. And way more brown that it needs to be, whoops.
